Upon receipt of a properly executed DMCA notice, we will promptly assess and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and all other relevant legal regulations. In accordance with the DMCA, we may share your notice, which includes your contact details, with the individual or entity responsible for the content that is claimed to infringe your rights. This is to provide them with the opportunity to address the issue and resolve the dispute amicably. If you believe that the removal of your content was done in error, or if you feel that the claim of infringement is false or misguided, you may file a counter-notification under the DMCA. The counter-notification must include the following information in full: A detailed description of the material that was removed and the specific location of the material on the Site before it was removed. Your full name, your address, phone number, and email address, along with any other relevant contact information. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court located in the district where your address is, or if you reside outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the Site may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice or their agent. Your physical or electronic signature, which will serve to validate the authenticity of your claim. Once we receive a properly filed counter-notification, we will take steps to restore the material in question within a reasonable time frame unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a legal action against you.
